Ztensity's Vanilla Creature Renaming is a simple yet very useful modification that allows you to rename all the creatures, animals and machines in the game to more meaningful names.
It was inspired by the idea that sometimes we don't know what an entity is called and we have to look at the description in the in-game menu to find out. So we rename the infected bear, the zombie in the game and the machine, and some other names to more meaningful names.
You can now rename all of your favorite creatures, from the classic ones like zombies and skeletons to the more unique ones like a unicorn or a cat.
It's worth noting that this modification is not the only way to get more immersion in the game. You can also install other health bar mods to get a more immersive experience, and even use the in-game mod launcher to install all the health bar mods.
